Michelle’s endless energy and enthusiasm is reflected daily at work and in her leisure activities which include travel, working out, and spending time with family and friends.

Kitchen manager, Shellie Gillis, works hard to provide you with an exceptional culinary experience in an elegant dining room setting. Carefully planning each meal, she strives to provide residents with a variety of nutritious and tempting menu choices for your dining pleasure. Shellie has served the senior community for 5 years and spends her free time with family, camping, and entertaining.

Dedicated to excellence, our supervising night manager, Chris Needham, works hard with her team to provide a safe, secure building for residents. Offering assistance through the night, residents can rest easy as Chris and her crew take charge of the nightly duties. A lifetime resident of the Sequim area, Chris has enjoyed working with seniors for over 10 years. In her spare time, she and husband Dave, enjoy family activities with their three children and their extended families. |

Our Activity Director, Beth Pratt, joined The Lodge in 2007. An energetic and creative person, Beth is eager to find fun activities for our residents to enjoy. Each month, she fills our calendar with outings, musical performances, crafts, and other special guests and events. When away from The Lodge, Beth enjoys crochet, cooking and baking, gardening, bird-watching, and hiking. |

Our weekend manager, Jacaleen Cotter, previously gave tours at Walt Disney Studios and still happily greets visitors here at our beautiful center. A real people person, Jackie is ready to answer any questions you may have about retirement living or what amenities we can offer you as a resident. Jackie loves living in the Northwest, working in her garden, spending time with her dog and being with family. |

Maintaining our facility operations and eager to assist you is Chuck Livingston. Chuck has worked in the healthcare field for 5 years. His knowledge and background will provide you with excellent service. His leisure time is spent with his wife, gardening, woodworking, and exploring the Peninsula on his motorcycle.

Our Housekeeping Supervisor Kevin McGuillicuddy always has a song and a smile to greet the day. He and his staff keep our facility pristine and welcoming. Kevin has worked in healthcare for nearly two years, and moved to Sequim in 2004 from the Seattle area. During his time off, Kevin enjoys swing dancing, home improvement projects, and reading. |
